Father's Day Guide
Simple Ways to Celebrate Dad
Father’s Day is a great opportunity to slow down and intentionally celebrate Dad in meaningful ways. It does not have to be complicated. Some of the most meaningful moments are often the simplest ones.
Fatherhood is one of the greatest callings God gives a man. While no dad leads perfectly, faithful fathers leave a lasting impact on their children. Through everyday conversations, prayers, car rides, ball games, and family dinners, dads help shape the hearts and lives of the next generation.
This Father’s Day, take some time to intentionally encourage Dad. Celebrate not only what he does for your family but also who he is and the example he sets. Here are a few easy ways your family can make Father’s Day special.
Moms, help your kids intentionally celebrate Dad this week. Encourage him and thank him for the example he sets and the ways he points your family toward Christ.
As you celebrate together, try asking:
What is one thing you love and appreciate about Dad?
How has God used him to care for our family?
What is one thing he has taught you?
Whether your celebration is big or small, take time to let Dad know how much he is loved and appreciated. Father’s Day is a wonderful opportunity to remind him that his faithfulness matters.
